At Sherri Hill, we strive for perfection in every gown; however, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a streamlined return process for unworn items with original tags attached. Please note that all returns must be initiated within 14 days of the delivery date to be eligible for a refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online return portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Carefully place the unworn garment in its original packaging with all designer tags intact and include the provided packing slip.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Affix the prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location within 3 business days of your request.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the gown to ensure it meets our return standards, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
